HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days. Some remote locations can take a few extra days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch, but your order is on its way.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?
Our pieces are true to size. For a looser, baggier fit, size up. Every product page has a size guide with the exact measurements of that garment.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HOKURO PIECES?
Wash cold and inside out, don't iron directly over the print and avoid the tumble dryer where possible. Your graphics will stay sharp for longer.
