1. Overview

hokuroclothing.com (the "Site") is operated by Hokuro Clothing LLC ("Hokuro", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy the Site, or to interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

3. Products

Our products are made to order after you purchase. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but the colour you see depends on your screen and small variations in printing may occur. Garment measurements are listed in the size guide on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and may change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed. Any applicable taxes and import duties are shown at checkout or charged by your local authorities where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or products that cannot be fulfilled; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us.

6. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 90-Day Guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Promotions and loyalty points

Promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Hokuro Points have no cash value and are subject to the rules published on the Hokuro Points page.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, videos or other content, you confirm that it is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Hokuro brand. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Hokuro name, logos, texts, designs and images, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Errors

The Site may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, promotions or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time, and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for damages exceeding the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

15. Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
