What happens after I order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 8-12 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to some remote locations can take a few extra days.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number, sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
